We are pleased to introduce Sara Zatta as part of GreenGo’s senior team. She works for all the support to business process related both to Business Development and M&A. She had a key role in GreenGo’s latest deal, supporting the M&A Director also for ongoing deals and for the development of GreenGo’s projects in Calabria and Sicily.
Sara, after a Degree in Political Sciences in Bologna and a Master in Labour Science in Belgium and Spain, started her carrier in Brussels as assistant for the President of the Commission Employment and Social Affairs in European Parliament in 2003 and afterwards as Director of the representative office of Abruzzo Region till 2009, enabling her to work alongside prestigious Institutions getting the benefit from an enriching experience at a european level.
A new chapter started in 2010, working for Seci Energia – Maccaferri Group in Restructuring and Business Development, where she has gained some valuable experience in the renewable industry, building a solid expertise in this field, with a relevant track-record of successful project deliveries.
She states: “In this vibrant moment for renewable market of heightened demand of greenfield projects, it is essential to have a distinctive and transparent approach providing attractive investment opportunity to qualified investors. I believe that GreenGo Gigawatt-development is very competitive as constantly ramping up its projects pipeline. The significant permetting progresses of out greenfield project portfolio, is driving our M&A activity to a specific direction, evolving from a strategy of co-development to project delivery at RTB ready-to-built stage”.
